Shipping & Return Policy

We offer a variety of shipping options, your package usual will delivery in 2-6 working days for mainland China.

All international orders will shipping by Express, you will receive an e-mail containing your tracking number once your package has been shipped.

 

You may be subject to import fees and duties upon delivery.  If you refuse to pay duties, your order may be be destroyed by customs or sent back to us. If we receive your order back, we will have to deduct any shipping, duties and customs processing fees charged to us from your refund.

Before initiating your return, we kindly invite you to verify the correct website of your purchase and carefully read the corresponding return policy:

Any order already shipped but customer reject to receive for any personal reasons, the customer should responsible for the shipping cost ( shipping back also), the refund will be the total amount you paid deduct the whole shipping cost.

You can return any item purchased on uselessobjectsoffice.com within 7 days of the delivery date.

Please make sure the product that you are going to return is in original condition with tags attached, also packaging included, otherwise we will be unable to accept your return and issue a refund.

For any return orders, you can apply for return and refund in the uselessobjectsoffice.com by system or contact us via Email: sale-service@uselessobjects.com.cn. Currently, we cannot offer exchanges online.

Once your package reaches the warehouse, please allow 3 to 7 business days (depending on peak times) for your return to be processed. if your return does not meet the conditions listed, the package will be sent back to you. when your return has been accepted, you will receive a confirmation email and your refund will be issued, just a reminder that the refund will deduct the shipping cost, only the product purchase price will be refunded. Currently, we cannot offer exchanges online.

Delivery 

- Delivery method

 

We normally use SF Express for China Mainland, and DHL for overseas order. It may take us at most 7 working days to start the shipping of your order. We will strive to ship the order within 24 hours during normal working days or within one or two working days in the big

sale period. Please note that the arrival time we provide is only for reference and calculated from the shipping date. The date of arrival does not take into account delays caused by payment authorization and/or marketable inventory. If  USELESSOBJECTS does not ship the product within 30 days, you can cancel the order.

- First-order policy

To ensure information safety, USELESSOBJECTS has the right to deliver the products in the first order to the billing address or work address verified by the cardholder. When placing an order, please ensure that you provide the correct billing and shipping address information associated with your credit/debit card to avoid delaying your receipt of the ordered products.
